Wedding Enquiry

Ready to start your wedding planning with A Beautiful Occasion? All you need to do is gather some inspirational images so we know the overall style, colour and vibe you're going for, complete the form and submit it!

We will then spend some time putting your personalised proposal together for you. Sometimes we can get your proposal back to you quickly, other times it may take a little bit ... just bear with us; during busy periods we are working hard on weddings so we put all our focus on executing them to the highest standard.

Once you receive your proposal, we generally suggest that you both go through it and work out if it's within your budget, if you're happy with the inclusions, if you wanted to add or take anything off ... of course we are more than happy to have a 20 minute consult to talk through your proposal.

To confirm your date with A Beautiful Occasion, you need to pay your booking fee which locks everything in! Of course we know things will change over the planning process so please don't feel too pressured that you will know everything you need right away! We can amend your booking and we have a final meeting 6-8 weeks out to get everything squared away!
