HERE ARE OUR MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When are you able to provide a quote?
Ideally you'll have your date and venue locked in already. If you're super organised and your wedding is over 18 months away, we would still love to hear from you, but please be advised that we won't be able to provide you a quote until these details are set in stone.
When will I hear back from you?
Depending on our workload, please allow up to a week for us to respond via email to your initial enquiry. Moving forward, we will also speak with you over the phone and when necessary, in person. Our goal is to get a better picture of what you're after and assess if it fits your budget before providing you with a quote.
How do I lock in your services?
If you're happy with your quote, then lets lock it in with a 40% deposit (or we can organise a payment plan for you).
When is the full payment due?
The full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
How do you prefer to communicate?
As convenient as Facebook is, we would still prefer that all your messages come through our email so that nothing gets accidentally missed.
